who is Frederick Taylor? the answer to this question complex question is that Frederic Taylor is the father of Scientific Management. He was the first person to question the orthodox way of Management. He applied science to management making a systematic order. Frederick was a Mechanical Engineer and a Management consultant. he created what are called the five principle of scientific management namely Science-Not Rule of Thumb, Harmony-Not Discord, Mental Revolution, Cooperation-Not Individualism and Development of each and every person to his or her greatest efficiency and prosperity. He insisted on studying the method which is use in production or working of organization and even the motion which means how much a person has to move to complete a task minimize both to boost the efficiency.
